All Directors serve without compensation. The Board of Directors holds five regular meetings each year to consider the business of the Corporation. Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be called at any time by the president or the secretary, or at the request of the Board of Directors by vote at a meeting, or in writing with or without a meeting.
